Been stuck here at 207. I was so happy to get under 210 and now I am so eager to get under 205 and I can't even get to 205. It seemed the weight was just falling off at first - which it was - and now I'm slightly stalled. I know why, I had some unexpected cheat days, and I just wish I could go back and take those days back so I could be where I want to be RIGHT NOW (lol!). Back to work, time to get serious again NO MATTER WHAT!

A stall is staying the same for at least 6 weeks. This is just your body letting you know that you did something to stop progress. It's not a sprint, it's a marathon. Hang in there, be nice to yourself, and stay committed. Nothing tastes as good as seeing that green arrow feels. ;)

Indeed, be patient - results are coming your way. I had two days of bad eating and it's taken me 5 to get back to where I was. So if the scale isn't moving down, that's not too bad as at least your cheats didn't cause big gains.

being patient is all part of getting the weight off..you gotta find a plan that works for you an stick with it...the scales dont always tell you the whole story..you might be lossin in inches
