goooooood morning...not to impressed with myslf, but life goes on...took time off just to get away from fs and journaling ...naturally that also included eating what i wanted some days..other days ate like i had learned to do over the last 4 years...mabye i needed the time off...havent exercised in a week or so...or so it seems like a week...the plan today is to get back into a habit again...its a day by day routine that i need to stick with...have a great one..
