Esta comenzando abajar el cuerpo. Me pese oficina keila la semana pasada, peso 191.5lbs, grasa 24.5%, peso grasa 46.5, peso magra 144lbs, agua subi 3 lbs 106lbs, subi 1 lb grasa y 4 lbs magra. Subi un total 5lbs del viaje. Pero estoy en track.
185.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
