shame on me!!!...goood mornin ...im addicted to dq chocolate shakes...have been doing really good...till yesterday and i couldnt pass up a free one...my resistance was down...and my hand shot out like a bullet for i had time to think...feelin guilty with each suck of the straw...but it tasted so goooooood...o well...just another mess up to add to my many messups since i have started this change in my eating habits...33 outside an the weather map is showin snow north of us and rain comin our way...so no walk this morning..even feels damp in the house from the change in weather...like it does when theres snow on the ground...helped brian yesterday an the shake was payment for going to town to pick up parts for him...since i had it so late in the day...then i didnt eat any supper thinkin i had more then i needed for yesterdays menu...todays plan is to get bck on track...and work thru the messup once again...just another day of tryin to do the best i can...have a great one everyone...

"hand shot out like a bullet before I had time to think", lol. How many times, do we start telling ourselves, I shoudn't have this or that and ignore it. I'm going to try to listen to myself next time. You'll make up for the shake, I'm sure.

Glad the guilt didn't keep you from enjoying the taste, twin! Just don't make it a daily habit, and I'm sure you'll be fine. Oh, and keep that snow to yourself! :)

Maybe you burned enough calories to account for working off the shake. You are pretty active so you can "shake, rattle, and roll." Keep the faith!

Don't beat yourself up over the shake...you enjoyed it and now it's over. One shake will not ruin you. I see your weight has now dropped to that yellow line -congratulations!
