went on a day trip and over did need to pack snacks for when i am going to be in the car for a long time so i dont get snacks at convent stores and i am clog up right now so when i get rid of it it might go back down i hoope
285.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 60.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
