My metamorphis's Journal, 12 June 2016

Feeling focussed. Having good and bad days, and was frustrated to see myself back in the 86's yesterday. Feeling fat around the middle in a physically uncomfortable way. Did a good job of watching my intake yesterday, buying some chicken when out and hungry, rather than going for some carbs or chocolate (carbs and fat).
Feeling a bit better physically today, I think as a direct result of doing good things for myself yesterday.
Also proud of myself for swapping a cappuccino and sit in a cafe for a bracing walk around suburbia while waiting to pick up my son. Okay, it was only 20 minutes in the end, but it was a great choice and I'm really glad I opted to move rather than slurp. :-)
Oh, and I'm 85.2 this morning. Up 0.4 since Tuesday, but down about 1.6 on my bad ass weight for the week.
And this has been challenging as I've been unable to track due to no computer or phone since I signed up for the 8kg in 8 week challenge. Currently typing this with a remote keyboard and plugged into the telly. So while I can track, it's not overly convenient at present and this will be the first time I've managed it since Tuesday. None-the-less, I'm not going to let this stop me from doing my best.
