It was a gross, cold, rainy day and I really wanted to just stay inside, but went to the gym and walked/jogged a little over 3 miles. I felt great afterwards and I just had the most delicious dinner; a turkey burger with caramelized onions and goat cheese with some spicy sweet potato fries. All for only 500 calories! No too shabby considering how filling and yummy it was.
