So, I did pretty well today, and I am learning that I do not really need to eat much food at a setting, but I get hungry more often, but then I don't want to eat because I don't want to over eat.
Today I did a lot of standing, but no formal exercise.
I ate:
A bowl of corn chex with milk a cup of fresh fruit a spinach salad with 30 oz chicken, two scoops of beans, tortilla strips, half an avocado, and a bit of cheese with a pickle
I also had a Kind bar last night 200 cal./
