I gotta say it is a little discouraging to step on the scale and it barely moves. I can't figure it out. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and I watch what I eat, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and that blasted scale barely moves. Any suggestions. I will say that I feel stronger for the first time in a long time, but I would like to look better also.

How often are you eating? I found that when I ate 5 small meals a day the weight came off easier.

I will have to try that. I currently eat 3 meals a day but I am willing to try 5. Thanks for the suggestion.
