Shopping online for the more sensible things to eat and substitute for other things is tiring! AND expensive. If I would get just the smallest quantities of all the things I saw that would help me make the "fat bombs" and other recipes that really do sound delicious....It would cost me over 300 bucks on Amazon. I'm pretty sure my local grocery store doesn't carry stuff like this...other than macadamia nuts and sunflower kernels. I plan to keep my coffee in the morning, but will go back to using cream and some sort of sweetener besides sugar. I'm on a major search for recipes that I know both me and my boyfriend will like...he's not on the diet with me, but he isn't too picky when it comes to food..so i'm thinking I could sneak some stuff in there on him. LOL I did do my measurements this morning. So far, hips and waist are down by 2 inches and my chest is down by only a half an inch...but I have progress showing this way...not so much weight wise, but something must be working.
