YIKES, I need to get off this binge - I've been eating everything that stands in my way for two days. Even the dogs are nervous! I realize that tomorrow is another day, but I'm not sure how to prevent tomorrow from mirroring the behaviour. I seem to have a lot of nervous energy - can't sit down, so there's probably an emotional component to it. Just have to breathe, I guess. Tomorrow morning I'll take the dog for a walk before anyone else is up - nature is calming, and if I start the day on a healthy foot then perhaps the rest of the day will follow suit.
