I'm starting NROLFW today and I'm a little worried about eating the number of calories it says. On a strenuous day (like today) I should eat 2099 calories!! I've been trying to plan my eating day and I keep adding and adding food; while trying to keep my ratios right, and I can't eat enough! But, according to the book, I've not been eating enough and maybe that's why I can't lose weight. I've decided to give it a try for one month to see what happens.

Diet Calendar Entries for 17 October 2011:
