The weather was in my favor! It was cold last night, but at least the rain stopped. So, I was able to get in a good 45 minute walk. I was really happy. I bundled up to the gills, but I got it in, and it felt good.
Tomorrow is my second weigh in. I'm not as nervous as last time, because despite my weekend binge, I did really good with watching what I ate. I wish I was able to get more exercise in, but ce la vie. I'm going to make up for it this week. I am planning not 1, not 2, but 3 walks today. I know over doing it is bad, but I really want to meet my goal of 10 pounds by the end of the year.
I was looking the other day, and about 6 years ago, I got my belly button pierced, 4 times. Not because it kept rejecting, but because I got it pierced in 4 different places, because I had this tiny little stomach and it looked cute. Now, why would I have put all these holes in myself, if I was just gonna gain weight? I want my stomach to be cute enough to wear those belly button rings again. And I want it for this summer!!!!
