You can do it! You've done a great job so far! Keep up the good work. Don't stop, don't quit! Starting an exercise regimen depends on your current intensity level and what your body can handle. Try walking or aerobics. Cardio will get your heart pumping and calories burning.

like mochayaya...yum,said u can do it.sometimes the hardest part is motivating yourself(it is for me)it really does make a huge difference.u have tons of support here
