gooooooooood friday morning...second journal this morning...first one i had half way done when windows had an update...naturally it had to be rebooted ...and in the midst puter locked up...sometimes i think it would be easier just to do without the toys that we have all gotten use to....old times easier ways..an more time...to enjoy life...didnt get all that much excerise yesterday...instead of ab crunches did 5x10 to toe/floor touches....then went to brians and walked in the mud...always enjoyable when you walk in the mud and your socks get wet from hidden holes in your shoes...as it rained off an on most of yesterday morning...picked up some cut down trees for splitting later on ...and just didnt do alot...weight is the same...today is another store day...mom likes to go to a store on friday ...almost like if she doesnt go to them...then the week isnt complete...if it was me ...i would quit going an just buy it at the first 2 stores i go to...but she thinks they have better meat...i dont eat alot of meat anymore..so no loss to me....well...need to get up an make the bed...get alittle movement in of some kind...an get this day started once again...have a great one...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!
10. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE

Morning Loosin, mine did the same thing only I caught mine before I started doing any thing after my emails...but it has happened right in the middle of things..Working in the mud is not fun...it happens alot while we feed the cattle in the winter..take care of you..
