GOOOOOOOOOD MONDAY MORNIN EVERYONE!!!!...actually wakin up early an feelin the best i have felt in a week...all the swellin in my face is gone an im going to the gym in 45 minutes to get started on my workout...i had to get on the scales this mornin to see ...an im down another pound...an i even ate processed chicken last night for supper ...not quite sure how this keeps workin..but il take any an all losses...im kinda excited about hittin the gym again since i feel so good for a change..still have 2 days of meds left an yes im gonna take them all...weather man is talkin about possible snow flurries on wednesday...guess its gettin closer to being that time of year...even though its really been so nice here last several days..well...im ready to get up an finish breakfast ...change clothes...an get my stuff together so i can head out the door an on my way...have a greattttttttttttttttttt day everyone...

o by the way..i was readin somewhere last several days that weighing yourself everyday or every other day cause you keep a closer eye on your weight...specially if you tend to mess up like me an eat about anything you want...helps to get you back on track at the next meal sooner....

just got home from a different workout ...did the elliptical today for 70 min..had to get off it an walk around after 30 min..seems like my feet go to sleep..if i stay on over 30 min...did a hill program with a resistance of 6...over 2000 calories burned and over 20 miles..i kno im tired for a change from a workout...

Glad you are feeling better and was able to make it to the gym! Wow burned over 2000 calories and over 20 miles this morning. That's great! I'm still drinking my coffee (being a slacker). Keep that weight going in a spiral direction downward! Have a fabulous day!
