gooooooood mornin...already been on the scales this morning...an weight is back down...got on the scales before Javadali was able to get up an put her toe on the scales...lol...im guessing not being tired an eating bread helped some as well...my downfall is bread when im tired along with processed food...was a lazy day yesterday ...went to wallyworld an got moms shoppin list...then after lunch went to the park to do a walk, but instead slept for 30 min in vechile...guess its what i needed worse...came home just in time to beat the rain...been raining off an on every since..still raining this morning..so not sure whats in store for my day...do plan on gettin on the floor in a few to do some ab crunches...get some kind of a workout in to get my day started off right...keep my body guessin as to whats in store for it ...have a greatttttttttt one...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!
10. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE

Is your javadali the same as Stef's Badock?? Seems we need to get the exterminator invovled with all these nasty things pressing on the scales as we weigh...LOL..Love your affirmations..have a great day buddy...

Oh dang ... Only because I'm on vacation and sleeping in. ;-) Glad to see the scale down. Always great incentive! Bread is my weakness too especially on a cold rainy day ... Love all kinds, don't even need butter or olive oil with spices on it. Sorry about the rain, we had it last weekend and it was quite a gully washer and lasted. Not our typical shower. No slacking by sleeping at the park instead of walking... Lol You must have been tired! I want to hear about those crunches! Have a fabulous day!
