So I just had a baby and I'm breast feeding. I tend to have a hard time losing weight when I'm nursing. I have a tendency to be hungry all the time. I think I just need to be aware of my portions and try to get some exercise. I am still in recovery mode from giving birth- She's only 3 weeks old. But I figure the earlier I get thinking about eating better, the easier it will be. I eat healthy food and I'm not a junk food lover or anything but like I said, I need to watch my portions.
