Tomorrow's the first weigh in and I'm really nervous. I have to say when I signed up for this site, I estimated my weight, instead of straight up weighing myself (when I signed up I was sitting at my desk at work and a scale wasn't very handy). So, it may show an increase on the website, but I know that I'm actually down from what I was, if I lose anything.
Boyfriend surprised me yesterday when I came home from work with steamed veggies and baked tilapia in a lemon garlic sauce. It was delicious and only 3 points!! I couldn't believe it.
I'm trying to keep my calories down and my activity up. Thanksgiving is two days away. I hope I can keep the snacks, pre-dinner at a minimum. I may go out and get some laughing cow and flatbread crackers for snacks, so that way I do not feel too guilty. No potato chips and dip. That would send me right back over I'm sure.
