goooooood mornin everyone...i did a no no yesterday an its all brians fault...no its my fault an no one elses...he was gonna have a coke at dq, and i said boy a chocolate shake sure would taste good...well he pulled in an ordered 2 med shakes...instead of gettin a small one like we had talked about in previous days, we got a med one...mmmmmmmm good...yeah yeah i kno..shame on me...well...when i got on the scales this mornin it was showin another pound down...so how do you explain that...i dont i just take it as it comes...well so so anyways...gonna call the doctor later...sinuses are messed up today...got up at 130am with a headache and decided then not to go to the gym at 4am..just to stay in bed an enjoy the sleep...sooooo..anyways...gettin ready to head bck to bed for an hour or so...then go from there...have a great day everyone...

I hope you feel better! Sometimes when I eat something that is a no-no, my weight drops too. Perhaps you are not eating enough calories?? Take care!
