THE SECRET...in my opinion the secret...which really isnt a secret to workin off the weight...is figuring out how many calories you work off each day and only eat enough to keep your tummy satisfied....for me...not for everyone...as each of us are different in the way we are shaped and our daily lives...for me...i wake up ...well most days around 5 or 6 am...i eat breakfast...and then around 10 or 11 i have lunch...just depends on if my tummy is talkin to me by then...then at 1 or 2 i have my last meal for the day...that is also when i quit qulping water an go to just sips to keep my whistle wet...for me fasting from 2pm till 5am the next day seems to work nicely...is it for everyone..no....but im retired and my work if you want to call it that...i call it exercise...stacking wood, running to the store for mom, mowing, which in a few weeks will be raking the leaves, an just light work for someone in their 60s...lol...i dont feel like im that old...and thats a great feeling ...especially when i have to give the year i was born out to someone an they say no chit....i do have to admit there are days i eat more...just depends on the work that i do...but i try my best to stick with a regular routine of some kind...yes old habits do from time to time creep up an try their best to take control of me ....but for the most part im set in my new lifestyle and so i mess up...its easy to get back into a healthier routine as soon as possible....its all about finding how much you can eat without over eating and how much you move...its taking me several months to figure it out...and sticking with it...old habits are hard to break....new habits are easy to forget...healthy habits are for the good...have a great one....and find what works for you....

Have to agree with you on this buddy..everyone has to find their on nitch in life...and even though I am in my higher 50's..I can still do alot of things I used to do..but the things I can't don't bother me..I don't need to do all the lifting etc. I used to do...but I can jump a fence if need be to get away from a bull..LOL...Have a good day my friend...
