Can't wait for tomorrow - am taking a vacation day for Hubby's birthday. He said he does not want a party but I know his son and family will be coming. Might as well have lots of goodies prepared in case anyone else happens along.
Picture perfect weather here again today. Can't wait to get my walk in. A few leaves have fallen over the trail making a pretty yellow & orange carpet.
Hope everyone else is having a great day as well.

You and DH have a wonderful week end. You deserve it. I have read through your journal. Love the goals you listed Mon. I may have to copy some of them. Definitely need to go through my closets. I think I have 3 or 4 various sizes. Getting to one size and staying there is like a dream but a wonderful one. As to the 50's, I'm sort of stuck at 155 but at least I'm there. I'll bet you won't be far behind!

Buffy,I just slice and fry the peppers,I like red,with onion till tender.Then if I want it with eggs I just heat some in butter and scramble in the eggs.Really good with Italian sausage as dinner.

Notfast - Thanks. One thing I miss about where I live now is the fall colors of the Adirondacks mountains. But the trade off for the mild winters is really worth it.
