Just a little about me I am a women of 68 years. I have two children that are married and they have giving me five Grandchildren and one Great.

At one time I was over 300 pounds. I had a stomach stapling which has worked very well for me. Shortly after that I had all but six inch of my colon was taken out. I have had back surgery so I have rods the whole length of my back, I have a new knee and hip. My hip went very well but my knee did not go well. I still keep very busy and I do walk.

Over the last two years I have gained twenty pounds back. I have never let myself go over five without doing something about it. This time I just can’t seem to get motive.

This Summer will be my 50th class reunion and I want to get it off. So last week I started to count my Cal and it is working. My friend is using this program to chart her progress so I said I would give it a try.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
