Unofficial weigh in this morning 85.5kg, but not going to record that as my chart already looks like a pin-the-donkey game gone wrong. This means I have lost exactly 7kg. It's been such a slow process, but I guess that is what happens when your hormones/body works against weight loss. Just another face of PCOS. Can not wait to reach my own mini-goal of 10kg....

Well done! I kjow the feeling about the slow process... I've also been diagnosed with pcos and have type 2 diabetes to top it... but I have still managed to loose 25kgs to date. And yes it IS a very slow and frustrating process with losts of ups and downs.. but it IS doable.

A slow loss is always better than a fast drop because it stays off then. Don't lose your focus because the end is near. Well done so far.
