I walked 6 miles yesterday~ It was just really nice out etc. I was wearing flipflops which is less than ideal but all that exercised helped a lot.
151.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
