Felt great today. I didn't realize how great it is to start exercising again. I swear that I have every exercise program out there. So I took out my Zumba and decided to start with the 20 minute express workout. I was only able to get through dance #2 yesterday, and I finished dance #3 today. Advancing every day. Can't believe how hard it is when you are used to being sedentary. I will just keep pushing and recording in my journal how I do every day. I did alright in my eating all day except for dinner. I overdid it a bit. I stayed within calorie range, but could have done much better. I will try harder tomorrow.
