gooooooooooood mornin everyone....woke up before the alarm clock went off this morning an layed in bed...body wanted to take the day off... mind said your awake so get up an lets get going for the day...body always wants to take the day off...but mind usually says no way ..get up...so i got up an got ready an headed to the gym...glad i went..it was hard to get started..but was worth going once i got it over with...have started out using the recumbant bike the first 30, an by the time i get done with a hill program my legs are so week, when i get on the elliptical, my body is runnin on fumes as for energy...yesterdays workout was so hard on me that i had to drink a protein shake after my workout hopin it would give me more energy and then later in the morning drank a mt.dew still lookin for more energy to give me that boost...im tired today but nothin like yesterday...but then hard to tell since im sittin ...lol...will kno more once i get bck up an move around...headed bck out to brians to work on truck again today...alot cooler yesterday with the wind blowin...suppose to be the same again today...neighbor next door called last night, we are gonna rake leaves up again friday...so whoever is not rakin their leaves...do so please, im tired of rakin extra ones especially since i have no trees in my yard...well...need to get up an see how drained i am...see if its gonna be an extra protein shake day again ...have a greatttttttt day everyone...and by the way...mr scales is smilin again today...but will record it tomow if the loss stays down....

You are amazing and such motivation! I can't believe you have your exercise in already. I'm truly a slug...my body and mind wanted to stay in bed. :) Keep up the great workouts! Look forward to seeing the weight drop posted soon. Have a super day!

reason i do my exercise within an hour after i get outta bed...i have to do it then, or i put it off, or just dont do it if i put it off...so i have set my routine up so i do it just as soon as i can get outta bed, eat breakfast, get dressed for the gym an head out the door...to easy to put it off, and not do it...

scales doesnt really smile i can hear it talkin in a low voice sayin o boy ....yeah hes gettin lighter...an hes not as heavy as he use to be when he stepped on me in the mornings...lol...
