I started this MASTER CLEANSE on Monday to help detox me. Its hard I cheated going into Costco yesterday but this program I think no matter what you put in your body is definitely not staying. Just asking if anyone on here has some input to fasting and what they experienced.

I did the master cleanse five years ago and after it was over I just fell into old habits. I've done 24hr fasts now for three weeks, one a week and I really love it. I also stop eating at 8pm then I wait until 12:00 noon to eat again then around 6-8. I like it. It's a mind thing along with focus and determination. Good luck!!

Thanks Misty....I hope to follow the after stages really well. I started it after my first 30 lbs so I would have some of the healthy eating before it

Nice. I didn't follow the ease out methods so that's why I failed at it. It was fun trying though, made me feel strong and focused for 7 days. 😉

Feeling back to myself this week....the cleanse was not a good idea. Took to much of my energy away. Need to get more active and watch these carbs something awful....even the "good" carbs are killing my journey. Need lots of luck I starting to do 5 miles. It was really challenging but I have to keep moving.
