Gungahick's Journal, 07 March 2016

Need to restart, I was doing OK then let the depression of my job get the better of me. I hit my first plateau and instead of powering through it I let it defeat me. I'll try doing better this time, I was cheating a bit, I am capable of being very strict.

A true lifestyle change is the only way to stop yo-yoing. Make some changes that you know you can succeed with and then baby steps from there on in. Good Luck.....your smile & your body is your responsibility. That is my approach.

The thing that helped me tremendously was meditation! Check out Ajahn Brahm on youtube.. that silly monk changed my life!
