The monthly doctor visit went well. I had lost 7 lbs since I saw him on Jan 21st. The blood pressure was about the same so no change in meds yet, as I expected. My sister and I had a great day shopping and catching up on a month's worth of events. We enjoyed a nice dinner out and I managed to stay with my WOE. It was a wonderful day.
