I am putting my IF on hold while I'm on these powerful antibiotics. The side effects were so bad, that doc said take with food and add 2 yogurts a day...I already take Rx probiotics (Culturelle)... just wasn't enough. Having gastroparesis doesn't help. Uugghhhh!! So I found the lowest carb yogurt in the store we were in...still has 9 grams...so I'm trying to stay under 30 carbs for the day for the remaining time on antibiotics... started them on Monday, and no weight gain so far...THANK GOODNESS!!! But, no weight loss this week either...which makes me VERY HAPPY!!!

HOPE EVERYONE IS DOING GREAT!! SORRY I HAVEN'T BEEN AROUND MUCH THIS WEEK...I FEEL LIKE DEATH WARMED OVER!!! I have been on FB some, if anyone wants to join me there I'm Nikki Lindell-Evans on FB. There's a very good LCHF support group I joined...lots of great info...
