What a busy, busy weekend! Starting with Friday I had to take 1/2 day off to take the dog to the vet. He has an ear infection. :-( Poor thing woke me up at 2:20 in the morning whining. Fortunately we had some pain medicine to give him until we could get him to the vet.

Then Saturday, I walked a 17K Lake-to-Lake walk with my son Zeke. We did the walk in a little under 3 hours. It was such a beautiful day only drizzled on us for a second. We stopped to pet the sheep at the farm and ate a bunch of blackberries wherever they touched the trail. Very fun! Then I got my car's 75K mile tune up.

Sunday was spent with the family doing school shopping. Spent WAY too much money. But they are worth it. Zeke went a little insane on the novelty t-shirts, but he was so happy. Zeke went back to his second year of college today. Hope he has a GREAT day. When we were out shopping, the plan was for everyone (but me) to eat at Golden Corral. I packed a sensible GF/CF/EF snack. Well, we didn't get home until after 5:00 and I was ANGRY HUNGRY. Scarfed down some leftover london broil and a some potato chips and some captain crunch straight out of the box. (Yes, captain crunch is gluten free). Thank god there wasn't that much left in the box because I would've eaten the whatever was left. I hate when I get so hungry that I can't control what I eat. Eventhough I didn't track, I'm pretty sure that I was still under calories for yesterday.

I haven't been to Hot Yoga since last Tuesday. It has just been an insanely busy week. That means that when I go to HY tomorrow, it will have been a solid week without HY goodness. I'll really need to make up for it this week.

The low sodium diet is going good (except for yesterday's munch-fest). My weight is more consist every day and I've lost more water weight again this week. I say that because my weight dropped again and there's no way I lost that much fat. It would be nice, but I can't kid myself about where that weight is coming from. :-) We'll see on my official weigh-in on Thursday.

Here's to hoping for a productive and happy-filled week. Only 13 days until VEGAS, BABY!!!

sounds like a great weekend!!! I was just eyeing your weight loss chart and you have done amazingly well!!! You have quite an imoressive decline going there! what ever you are doing is working!!! Have a great time in Vegas too!

Thank you! The big week was due to the reduced sodium. I was really going crazy with the salt.
