Starting at 305 I am now 295, that's 10 pounds of fat gone from my body. I'm constantly trying to be on the move, as well as writing down everything I eat... the ole write it bite it rule. I don't really notice any weight loss on me at the moment, but the numbers have dropped. I've been trying to eat better, though a lot of people would tell me I'm eating garbage, or putting the wrong type of food in my system... to that I say you may be right, but I'm just learning and doing research on what works for me. I've been trying to flip my food pyramid putting carbs at the bottom, or at least trying not to go over 100g of carbs... that. is. HARD! My future goal to just to cut down on buying the carbs and replace them with healthier options, of course that's in due time though. I've recently found out that eggs are apparently a food staple, and that the darker the yolk the better it is for you, lucky for me I have access to nice farm eggs.

All and all I'm super excited to lose the weight, I know by some miracle the weights not going to come off by itself no matter how much I ask God, or pray for it to happen that way. I know that I have the will power, and strength to do it for me! I don't want to be that fat person anymore, so I won't be. :3
