you remind me when I was younger, I had no problem losing weight at all. It was like I could lose it at will. As I got older, it became a little more difficult. I can still do it, but it isn't as fast or as easy as it used to be. Focus on better habits while you're young enough to make them habits if you can. I never did that - I figured sure, I'd do that later then all of a sudden, "later" was here. Same with so many other things in my life.
