Hi there!
Today was great! First day that I'm really devoting myself to losing this weight! I did really good so far! I walked at 10am I did a workout video for lunch.!! hay me! Im so heavy that's why Im so surprised that I could even do this!!! I plan on walking with my kids when I get off of work!!!
