Pull yourself out of that funk you are in.. Begin again. Please. You will be so mad at yourself if you don't. I let myself gain all mine back and want to shoot myself. But I'm back at again and feel good just knowing I'm doing it.

I understand being in the funk, I get there at times and have been there recently. The thing is not to stay there, get back on track. As was already said, if you don't you'll regret it and will have that much farther to work back from. I don't know that there's any secret to it, you just have to DO it. Diet and what you eat is the key, exercise is great but what you eat determines gaining or losing. Just make a fresh start of it. Frame of mind is the key...turn the thinking around that you're headed back to blue, not into the yellow. You CAN do this!

One more gswizzle: "An arrow can only be shot backward. So when life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means that it's going to launch you into something great. So just focus and keep aiming." ~ fitbeliever.tumblr.com

You aren't giving up on that child, are you? So don't give up on the life example you are setting for him and on being the healthy dad you want to be for him. 190 is not a tragedy, but letting yourself go back to 276 would be, and plenty of people here will tell you that if you did that, you'd probably keep on going past 276. If you're comfortable at 190 now, then find a way to maintain that and REFUSE to allow yourself to hit 200. Good luck to you and your adorable son!

remember life is a journey, not a destination... no need to stress yourself. Take everything at your own pace, and keep your goals in mind... if it takes you longer, who cares. You work to make your body your own masterpiece. Health is important, and so is happiness. Keep the motivation the best you can. We are all allowed cheat days and down days, but it's temporary. Your very next meal you can get back on track. No need to wait till Monday of the following week, or even the next day. Make your next meal a better choice than before. You can do it, one step at a time. :-)
