goooooooooooood sunday mornin everyone...decided today was a good day to take a day off an just give my body a day to rest up...hit it strong again tomow...did wake up alittle sore in the back of my legs from using the elliptical yesterday..i use a efx precor at the gym...its what i used when i first started at the gym and i was thinkin yesterday that gettin back to basics might be a great way to go...use that elliptical for a few weeks an then switch to the other elliptical thats up there...or thats the plan now...plans do change..lol...once it warms up today then i might go out an rake them leaves that you all are refusin to rake an they are blowin this direction...lol...be good exercise, use to look at rakin leaves as a job now i see it as exercise...odd huh...give my upper body a good workout...hands are all puffy today, an feel like they are 3 sizes bigger then usual...o well...once i get up an movin, then il forget all about the aches an pains and it will just be another busy day...lol...have a greattttttttttt sunday everyone...
