I've been blowing it for the last couple of weeks. I'm really trying today. My scale was not very kind when I just weighed. Blah.

I haven't been 100% but I wouldn't consider my mess-ups "blowing it" and I still gained this week. I just have really slowed down on exercising! My sweet co-worker told me it's probably because there's a full moon!! We'll get back on track! :) :)
