Ormonster's Journal, 12 February 2016

Week 2 (since I started using this site) is close to an end and it looks like it's going to be another awesome week. I'm going to hold off checking the scale until Sunday.

I only got to see my trainer once this week as she has to cancel 1 day due to weather and 2 days where she and the other trainers were attending a trainer convention or something. I did see her on Tuesday and she did give out homework, so I remembered to pack a gym bag yesterday and hit the gym on my way home from work. I'm still self-conscience about working out alone in the gym but I found a quiet spot and did my army crawls and burpees then treadmill run.

A little victory at the grocery store after the workout, I didn't buy any extra snacks that would add more carbs into my life. I usually fail at this task, but not this time.

I live in Mass, too. Keep warm this weekend my friend. Make sure to eat good quality healthy fats and protein when you are hungry to help resist the temptation to "carb overload."
