gooooooooooooood mornin..just waking up...slept 8 hours on one side last night...guess i was tired huh...got up and made a potty break...went back to bed an slept another 3....didnt even hear the trash truck go by this morning...no walk today...knee still feels puffy....was outta town yesterday...just gonna take it easy today hopefully an five my knee the rest it needs...its hard to take days off from walking when i need to...but....its what is needed right now...sometimes its hard to take the time off to give the body time to heal...
