Hello! I'm new here and hoping the accountability will do me some good. I am 52 and my weight is creeping up each year and it is starting to worry me. Especially since I eat a fairly healthy diet. It's not about looking great anymore, it's about my future health and also not having to buy larger clothes! I know at times I could do better..but I know hormones play a big role at this age. It has been so frustrating to me. I haven't come up with a plan other than eat lots of Vegis and fruit and protein and try not to snack. I absolutely hate the idea of going on a diet!!!!!

Hi! I've been a member for about a week. I just turned 56 and keeping weight became a challenge a few years ago. I just go by calories. It helps a lot to have a account for everything that goes in my mouth. I've lost a few pounds so I am satisfied. Good luck! Happy to offer any support that I can!
