Pwhite2015's Journal, 29 January 2016

Well it hasn't been the best week. I started off losing, then after 2 days I gained back 1.4 pounds. So I have spent the rest of the week trying to take it back off. Some off, but not enough. I just want to get it back off plus some by Monday.
After falling 2 weeks ago and having sore ribs, I am close to back to normal, not quite but almost. So I decided to do my machine again today, first time since the fall. I did get some time on it only I didn't use my arms, still chicken on that. If it doesn't cause any bad effects, I will be back on it tomorrow.

Exercise is hard when you are hurting, heck it's hard for me all the time! Don't get discouraged, keep with your WOE and success will follow.
