Well it hasn't been the best week. I started off losing, then after 2 days I gained back 1.4 pounds. So I have spent the rest of the week trying to take it back off. Some off, but not enough. I just want to get it back off plus some by Monday. After falling 2 weeks ago and having sore ribs, I am close to back to normal, not quite but almost. So I decided to do my machine again today, first time since the fall. I did get some time on it only I didn't use my arms, still chicken on that. If it doesn't cause any bad effects, I will be back on it tomorrow.
