Been a busy day trying to get lose ends tied up before we leave. I'm getting excited, but frankly I'm a little worried about staying strict on my WOE plan while we are gone. Even if I don't lose anything I sure don't want to gain so much as a pound! Got low carb snacks for while we are traveling and they are packed and ready for the car.

The fact you are wanting to do well, and that you CARE, will make all the difference. You will feel so happy and proud of yoursrlf when you succeed. May that focus give you the energy to push through and go the distance. Believe in yourself and stay with it.
