goooooood mornin....no walk this morning....sleep was more important...did 12990 in steps yesterday...went to brians yesterday an he cut trees an i loaded and stacked it in back of his pickup...we ended up with 3 truckloads...a great workout, but by the end of the day...was doing good to be able to just roll the chucks off the back of the bed of truck...was wore out...but when i woke up this morning...wasnt the least bit sore...right knee is bothering me but its from being on it so much yesterday...the plan is to go back after lunch an get with it once again today...hes tryin to get 9 loads to fill up his wood shed...at this rate...wont take long to get it to his house..then will use a wood splitter to get it down into pieces...always a great workout this time of year...
