I do really good about eating healthy and not snacking during the day most days, but once I get home I just want to eat and eat and eat. I know that when the weather warms up and I can start walking again, that will help but, now with it being cold outside and I am stuck in the house I just eat cause I am bored.

Do you eat breakfast or a hearty/healthy snack after lunch? That helps me.

I started quilling (paper craft) to keep my hands busy. Impossible to eat while doing that😳

You're right I love it when I've been crafting and realize it's bedtime and I didn't eat ... Then I pass through the kitchen in the way to the back of the house lol. But it's true keeping your hands busy...my mother was always sewing or crocheting and chewing gum ... Maybe that was her secret ...?

I have the same problem because I work from home. I have a note on my fridge that says "you're not hungry, you're bored! Drink a glass of water and find something to do". Lol.

I do an online class, and I have made several quilts. I don't eat a big breakfast either a fiber bar or a slim fast. I am going to just do like you all do and that is tell myself I am not hungry, only bored and get my mind on something else. I really think if I was busier I would do better, but living on my own you can only clean house and do laundry so many times, lol

I am going to walk, wrapping up is a good idea, and I know I feel so much better when I do my walk, 2 days last week I brought my tennis shoes and walked (inside) for 30 mins of my hour lunch.
