I haven't written in a while. I defiantly had some challenges at the end of last year that didn't help my progress. I had to go on an extended business trip, my wife had surgery, and I have been exhausted (due to sleep apnea, as I have found out). So I have hit it hard since the beginning of the year and have made descent progress. As usual it doesn't come off as easy as it goes on.
I am starting to feel better, but I have aches and pains that I didn't have before (I must be getting old). Just like everyone else here I will do my best.
