Damn, Damn, Damn - I binged last night (again). This is a fairly easy trigger to identify; I didn't eat enough during the day. When that happens, I am hungry when I get home. Then I go crazy.

Nothing to do but reset and try to do better. Hit the gym harder.

a lot of us have the same problem. the one advantage is preplanning; having healthy available snacks instead. Stress really triggers it for me and I've been down that same road a lot lately

Don't let it get you down, today is a new day. Maybe cut calories today, adjust? Hitting the gym hard is a great idea. Onward!
