Saturday - first day of re-shriking my stomach. Am home today so will be eating small frequent meals. Am thinking by the time I go back to work on Tuesday I should have a handle on it.

Nonna - Yes, Portion Control! I can lose weight by eating 3 cups of lettuce, but I cannot eat 3 cups of spaghetti squash and expect the same results. Better to just eat one cup of lettuce, shrink the stomach, and then not be tempted to overeat.
