this is getting ridiculous, decreasing of intake (right about where i was during summer at my least weight) and exercising 15 min total body everyday, and weight is still the same, even after a week. i mean cutting 400 cal from 2k+ and adding exercise, i should have seen movement already. goddddd this is frustrating

You have done great - maybe focus on gaining muscle - that will burn more fat in the end - but I bet you already know that! LOL

You might want to watch your sodium, looks like you're usually double the RDA. Causes you to retain a lot of water.

You could probably cut more calories - I think that for men the recommended daily intake is 1500/day for dieters (1200 for women). You can also burn more calories by parking your car as far away as possible from entrances, taking stairs instead of elevators, carrying items instead of putting them in rolling carts, etc.

Thanks everyone, yea hcb I get told by my buddy to gain more muscle but I like to do a mix of cardio/weights? I don't do much so I don't expect much changes although I have dinner quite well with the great support group on here. Without you guys and my one close buddy I'm afraid I wouldn't be where I am today.
Linkrunner- thank you, I've never looked into sodium intake I know it hurts me by retaining water, but I've heard lower carb diets need more sodium? Heard anything like that? I mean I know I'm far from low carb, but I've been looking into it as an option?
Soon soon soon yea I set my rdi to 1400, I just have a hard time reeling it in for the last five months or so. And thank you for the small tasks, sometimes I forget the little things add up😁
