I miss calculated lunch yesterday. (sometimes I put my lunch in the snack category if I've eaten it as a snack before). who knew stuffed peppers were so heavy in calories? all in all its not that many but still more than I expected. I'm not stressed though, it was under good intentions. today will be better.
148.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
